750 sqm stand available in Jumbo private reserve
This Prima site is part of a private nature reserve (to which the general public does not have access) and is located on the Vaal River, upstream from Schoemansdrift between the beautiful ridges of the Vredefort Dome. It is about a 20-minute drive from Potchefstroom and Parys and one hour from the Rand.
The stand is situated in the middle of the resort and is 750sqm in total.
The river is here about 120 meters wide with a minimum depth of 4 meters, regulated by a weir 3 km downstream. No power boats are allowed - only canoes and fuel-powered boats.
The communal facility consists of a swimming pool, ablution block, boat tow slope, fishing jets, purified borehole water, hiking trails, access control gate and game.
No fencing around the dwelling and no pets are allowed.
The reserve is privately owned by a limited number of shareholders and is, therefore, a share block limited company. The shares can be jointly owned by more than one person. Only the shares are transferred to buyers and a half there are no transfer duties applicable and no mortgages can be registered.
